		<description>Yeah, TI3 really irked me. I mean jeez, they weren&#039;t even *trying* to make a workable game, they were just throwing together all the standard bits of empire-building space games, plus maybe ripping off a little bit of Puerto Rico, with apparently no conception of how to make an actual game. What makes it so aggravating is that it&#039;s such a step backwards. Good games along these lines have been done so many times - Titan, Dune, Civilization, Successors, Revolution, even Risk - there really is no excuse for putting out such a half-baked, lame effort as TI3 anymore. Except that apparently people still buy them for some reason.</description>
